Today I started my assault on the leaves, and in the process I started a new mulch mountain. So far I've vacuumed the leaves from the concrete under the oak tree and from the Japanese garden and the area around the bamboos. I also removed all the acorn waste from the concrete.
The area under the oak tree looks bare and uninteresting without its decorative oak leaves.
Next will be the rest of the garden.
