Manti

Thinking about it more, I now think manti are more like sui mai than ravioli.

    They were manti. Im going to try some in Istanbul to see what the normal meat filled ones taste like.

    Tomorrow will be the last night I spend in eastern Turkey. It is sad because I have really enjoyed everything we have done. However I am looking forward to being back. It will be nice to see you again. Is there anything you want?
